2024 Midwest Coaches Conference



Hello and welcome!

We are delighted you will be participating in the 2024 Midwest Coaches Conference (MWCC), in Cincinnati, Ohio September 25-September 27, 2024. 

The conference begins with the opening reception on Wednesday, September 25 at 6:30 pm and ends in the afternoon (exact time TBD) on Friday, September 27. Participants will have the potential to earn 9 CCEs during the conference and an additional 2.5 CCEs for the Pre Conference. The specific type of CCEs will be determined at a later date.
 
Registration Costs:



To register, click on the Register Now button on the right side of the screen.

• Please read all information carefully before completing the registration process.
• Note that our credit card processor is PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to submit payment. You can choose to checkout as a guest. 
• If you are in international registrant, please note the phone number we ask during the registration process must be 10 digits. Input any ten numbers and then email your actual phone number to admin@icf-midwest.com.
• If you have any questions during the registration process, send a message to admin@icf-midwest.com.
 
Registration options include: 
 
Registration to attend the entire conference and Special Event Registrations
 
To join us for additional events beyond the core conference, you can choose: 

• Pre-conference Workshop on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, 1:30-4:30 pm and/or

• An additional guest ticket for the opening reception on Wednesday September 25, at 6:30

Please note: Be sure to register for the options you want. 

• If you plan to attend ONLY the conference, be sure this is in your registration cart on the next page. 
• Select Specific Event Registration if you plan on participating in the Pre-conference and/or wish to purchase an extra ticket for a guest to the opening reception.

Refund Policy
o Up to June 1st 100% refund
o June 1st - 60 days out 50% refund
o 60-30 days out no refund, credit issued for next conference.
o 30 days or less, no refund, credit issued for next conference minus $250 catering fee charged by hotel for food order that is nonrefundable.
