About MCDC

The Midwest Coaches Development Council (MCDC)is made up of the Presidents and President-Electsof each of the ICF North American Midwest Chapters (Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Heartland, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio Valley, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, and Wisconsin) and the MCDCExecutive Committee - President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.

Our purpose is to collaborate to provide growth and professional development resources and opportunities for our member coaches.

We were originally established in 2010 as the Midwest Regional Advisory Council (MRAC). Together, we have created a collaborative space for learning, mutual support and shared resources to amplify our impact on our chapters, our members and the ICF global community. We have historically focused our efforts on creating outstanding coaching conferences. Since 2010, we have executed successful conferences in Chicago, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Milwaukee.

We now look forward to our 2024 conference in Cincinnati September 25-28th .

Our future vision is to expand our reach to provide additional coach development opportunities in collaboration with Midwest chapters, in addition to the established Midwest Coaches Conference (MWCC), whether it is expanding virtual offerings, sub regional conferences, or other coach development opportunities.

Aside from our keynote speakers and our Virtual Assistant, our coach development efforts are developed and delivered completely by outstanding coach volunteers.

Please reach out if you are interested in supporting our purpose!
