Midwest Coaches Conference - Specific Event Registration

This page is registration for the Pre-Conference Workshop or an Additional Guest at the Opening Reception. The Opening Reception is included in the Full Registration price, however the Pre-Conference is not included.

o June 1st - 60 days out 50% refund
o 60-30 days out no refund, credit issued for next conference.
o 30 days or less, no refund, credit issued for next conference minus $250 catering fee charged by hotel for food order that is nonrefundable.
