We are excited to announce and launch the
2026 Midwest Coaches Conference Community Service Project.



This year, we are partnering with the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines and working with the For Impact Leaders. We are delighted that we have over 20 non-profit leaders who are interested in receiving coaching. All participants are part of the For Impact Leaders program, a 9-month leadership cohort that develops a community of leaders and colleagues who collaborate, celebrate and support one another. All participants are committed to their own professional leadership journey and have the bandwidth for and interest in expanding their skill set in purpose-driven leadership. 


Volunteer coaches are in the process of being paired with a non-profit leader in Des Moines to provide 6 pro bono coaching sessions as part of the client's leadership development. The timeframe for coaching is between January and June 2026.

We've heard the feedback about starting earlier, and you'll notice that we are indeed starting earlier than before. Our goal is to serve our host city before the conference, completing coaching in time to have the results of the program evaluation available to share at the conference in September 2026.
