❓ Who qualifies for the group rate discount?
Groups of 3 or more attendees qualify when they meet both criteria:
• They work for the same business or non-profit, and
• They are attending the conference on behalf of that organization, registering under the same company or organizational name.
❓ When does the discount apply?
The 10% group discount applies only to Non ICF Global Members during all registration periods:
• Super Early Bird → Discount applies to Non ICF Global Members only
• Early Bird → Discount applies to Non ICF Global Members only
• Regular → Discount applies to Non ICF Global Members only
ICF Global Members are not eligible for the group discount at any time.
Why?
ICF Global Members already receive a significantly discounted registration rate, so they are not eligible for an additional 10% group discount. However, we strongly encourage ICF Global Members to bring colleagues from their organizations — the 10% discount will apply to those Non ICF Global Member colleagues, supporting teams who want to attend together.

Email admin@icf-midwest.com with:
•Your organization name
•Names and emails of all group members
•Preferred registration types
Once verified, you’ll receive a group discount code.
❓ What does the discount cover?
•The group discount provides 10% off conference registration for eligible Non ICF Global Members.
It does not apply to:
• Pre-conference sessions
• Additional guest tickets for the Opening Reception
❓ How do we apply the code?
Each eligible group member:
1. Registers individually
2. Enters the group discount code at checkout
3. Receives the 10% discount if they are a Non ICF Global Member
❓ What if someone uses the code incorrectly?
The system will technically allow the code to be applied across all registration types. We trust each coach to use it responsibly and only apply it if they are a Non ICF Global Member.

1. Confirm your group qualifies
• Group size: You have 3 or more attendees.
• Organization: All attendees work for the same organization or non-profit.
• Attending as a group: They are attending on behalf of that organization and registering under the same company/organizational name.
2. Check who in your group is eligible for the 10% discount
• The 10% group discount applies only to Non-ICF Global Members.
• ICF Global Members are not eligible for the additional 10% because their registration is already significantly discounted.
• ICF Global Members are still encouraged to bring colleagues — the 10% discount will apply to their Non-ICF Global Member colleagues.
3. Choose your registration period
The group discount rules are the same across all periods:
• Super Early Bird → 10% applies to Non-ICF Global Members only.
• Early Bird → 10% applies to Non-ICF Global Members only.
• Regular → 10% applies to Non-ICF Global Members only.
4. Request your group discount code
Contact admin@icf-midwest.com and include:
~Your organization name
~Names and emails of all group members
~Preferred registration types
You’ll receive a group discount code once your group is verified.
5. Register and apply the code
For each eligible Non-ICF Global Member in your group:
1. Go to the conference registration page.
2. Select the Non ICF Global Member registration type.
3. Enter the group discount code at checkout.
4. Confirm that the 10% discount appears before completing payment.
