•Super Early Bird & Early Bird periods:
Discount applies only to ICF Non Member registrations.
•After Early Bird ends:
Discount applies to all registration types (ICF Member and ICF Non Member).
❓ How do we get the discount code?
Email admin@icf-midwest.com with:
•Your organization name
•Names and emails of all group members
•Preferred registration types
You’ll receive a code to use during registration.

•10% off conference registration
•Does not apply to:
~Pre-conference session
~Additional Guest tickets for the Opening Reception

Each group member enters the code during their individual registration.
The discount will be applied at checkout for eligible registration types.

The code will technically work across all registration types.
We trust each coach to use it responsibly and only apply it if their registration type qualifies.

1. Confirm your group qualifies
You must have 3 or more attendees from the same business or non-profit organization.
2. Choose your registration period
During Super Early Bird and Early Bird, the discount applies only to ICF Non Member registrations.
After those periods, the discount applies to all registration types.
3. Email to request your discount code
Contact admin@icf-midwest.com and include:
~Your organization name
~Names and emails of all group members
~Preferred registration types
4. Receive your group discount code
You’ll get a code that provides 10% off eligible conference registrations.
Note: The discount does not apply to pre-conference sessions or guest tickets for the Opening Reception.
5. Register and apply the code
