Self Discovery and Action Planning

This intimate workshop is designed to strengthen coaches personally and
professionally. Registrants will be sent “prework” in order to be prepared to be highly engaged in exercises. Participates will rotate with small groups for hands-on experiences and discussions on each of the following:
? Coaching Different Personalities
? Coaches Awareness of DEI
? Coaching Supervision
Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and clear actions for enhancing their coaching moving forward!

Transferring Registration and Refund Policy
Attendees who pay for Conference Registration or a Specific Event Registration may request a one time transfer of the registration to one other person. Please email the Registration Chair, admin@icf-midwest.com for more information. Transfers will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on September 15, 2022. Other restrictions may apply. No refunds will be issued once registration is complete and paid.
