Create a Year You Love - and Love Creating It! with Donna Billings

“You have powers you never dreamed of.

You can do things you never thought you could do.

There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations in your own mind as to what you cannot do.

Don’t think you cannot.

Think you can.”
--Darwin P. Kingsley

Coaches: I think that the topsy turvy year 2020 is a compelling reason to head into 2021 with all cylinders firing – i.e., with a plan/vision for taking charge of your life in a world of uncertainties and unpredictables.

Come to this presentation to experience the making of your “best self” in 2021.  As you settle into the New Year, are you looking for new ideas to jumpstart and infuse a refreshed mindset into your own world as well as for your clients. What intentions have you set for yourself to make you a richer, stronger and more self-aware individual. How are you helping your clients re-focus for a successful 2021.

Get energized as Donna shares her experiences over the past 25 years in helping her clients see their own energy shifts as a result of a unique yearly visioning and intention-setting process.  Learn how you, too, can bring your and your clients’ best selves into 2021 with a refreshed mindset. Discover creative ways to set goals and resolutions.

Through discussion, a case study and hands-on practice in the chat rooms, participants will walk away with:

·      An energy shift as you learn to experience this new year differently;

·      A greater awareness of the importance in setting a vision for yourself;

·      Pragmatic, practical tools to use for yourself and for your clients to help you decide what you can do to experience 2021 differently.

Participants will earn 1 Core Competency CCE for attending for this webinar.

For the past 25 years Donna Billings has transitioned through a very diverse, multi-level career, both in the corporate world and in academia. As a professionally certified coach, an author and former university faculty, she functioned as a senior level Organizational Development and Human Resource Manager; a full-time MBA assistant professor; and both adjunct faculty and consultant in Duquesne University’s former School of Leadership and Professional Advancement.

Her legacy to the coaching world is Duquesne’s Professional Coach Certification Program, for which she was the architect and co-founder. Donna was awarded Innovator Coach of the Year at the 2013 ICF Midwest Regional Conference for her work in developing this program.

Her client base has been diverse, from coaching new leaders from around the world as an invited participant in a joint program of the International Coach Federation and the United Nations UNICEF and World Food Programme to coaching top leaders in academia and corporate environments.

During her academic career, she designed and/or taught leadership, management and diversity courses in the MBA program at Chatham University. At Duquesne University's School of Leadership and Professional Advancement, she designed and taught an on-line course called Leading and Coaching Across Generations.
